New Purse & Pincushions

I simply love Anna Maria Horner's new fabric line Garden Party I am so inspired by the beautiful color pallet, which leads me to my new handbag I finished today I have 3 more in the works but it was a beautiful day and I wanted to get photos and my Double Knockout Rose Bush is in bloom so I thought it was only right that it be in the photos as well, seeing how this fabric was inspired by the colors in the flower garden!

I had to add a flower pin I wanted to tie some

of that magenta fabric in to the mix!

Speaking of fabric flowers I am on a kick I want

to add them to everything! I love how this pincushion

turned out! I looks pretty enough to eat!

Have a happy evening! Meg

I just discovered your blog - how fun it is. Your bags are absolutely wonderful. I love the pincushion - what is the bottom part - it does not appear to be fabric - is it plastic?

I love your purse!! I just opened a new fabric shop on etsy and am sitting here looking at all those beautiful Anna Maria fabrics :) It's wonderful to see the beautiful things people are making with them. Your purse is definately a fav! Will you be putting it in your etsy shop or do you take custom orders?

Oh my goodness! I've been browsing your blog all morning, your work is just incredible! I saw something way back in April (your convertible strap tote) where you had used rivets to attach the handles. I've been wanting to do the rivets FOREVER and don't have a clue where to go for the hardware supplies. Is there any chance you could point me in the right direction? Thanks so much for any help you can give and for sharing your wonderful work!
